I came across this list of food additives that may contain peanuts, which I printed out to keep on my fridge. If you deal with peanut allergy in your home, it may be of interest:

Calcium stearoyl lactylate

Lecithin
Linoleic acid
Polysorbates
Propylene glycol monostearate
Sodium stearoyl fumarate
