Allergic Living magazine is by far the best publication in print or online for allergy and gluten free information. I highly recommend that you subscribe to the print magazine and to their email newsletter by signing up for both at www.allergicliving.com.
Recently, Allergic Living published a comparison report on the allergy policies of 11 major air carriers, and a comparison chart of the food allergy and celiac practices of 16 universities across Canada. I of course printed them for my reference, and it occrured to me to share them with you here.
