    Thank you, Judyann. That does help a lot! Do you have any details about the rebate agreements Mylan has with the PBMs? I know they’re to be produced to Congress today, but I don’t know if they’ll be publicly available. I’m also interested in details about the 2014 listing of Auvi-Q on the PBM Excluded List, leaving patients with EpiPen as the only option. Can you double check your dates and figures for the amounts you paid out of pocket please? I think in 2014, the Auvi-Q wasn’t covered at all as it was on the excluded list? I would love to know out of pocket cost for 2013, 2014, and 2015 if possible. This is very helpful, so thank you so much!

    In 2014 my insurance covered it completely so paid nothing. In 2015 I paid $405 for a 2 pack (insurance didn’t cover it). The only link I could find that has the trend of pricing for Auvi-Q was this one…
